'Homecoming' Discussion & Info Post

Atlantis has returned to Earth. The team members have dispersed and are beginning new lives far from the dangers of the Pegasus galaxy. They think the adventure is over.

They're wrong.

With the help of General Jack O'Neill, Atlantis rises once more - and the former members of the expedition must decide whether to return with her to Pegasus or to remain safely on Earth in the new lives they enjoy...

Picking up where the show's final season ended, STARGATE ATLANTIS Homecoming is the first in the exciting new STARGATE ATLANTIS Legacy series. These all new adventures take the Atlantis team back to the Pegasus galaxy where a terrible new enemy has emerged, an enemy that threatens their lives, their friendships - and the future of Earth itself.

And in the team from Atlantis they find the ultimate novelty to enliven their bloody gladiatorial games…

'Death Game' Discussion & Info Post

Colonel John Sheppard knows it's going to be a bad day when he wakes up in a downed Jumper with a head wound and no memory of how he got there.

Things don't get any better.

Concussed, far from the Stargate, and with his only remaining team mate, Teyla, injured, Sheppard soon finds himself a prisoner of the local population. And as he gradually pieces the situation together he realises that his team is scattered across a tropical archipelago, unable to communicate with each other or return to the Stargate. And to make matters worse, there's a Wraith cruiser in the skies above…

Meanwhile, Ronon and Doctor Zelenka find themselves in an unlikely partnership as they seek a way off their island and back to the Stargate. And Doctor McKay? He just wants to get the Stargate working…

'Four Dragons' Discussion & Info Post

War games…

It was meant to be a soft mission, something to ease Doctor Daniel Jackson back into things after his time among the Ancients - after all, what could possibly go wrong on a simple survey of ancient Chinese ruins? As it turns out, a whole lot.

After accidentally activating a Goa'uld transport ring, Daniel fi nds himself the prisoner of Lord Yu, the capricious Goa'uld System Lord. Meanwhile, SG1's efforts to rescue their friend are hampered by a representative of the Chinese government with an agenda of his own to follow - and a deep secret to hide.

But Colonel Jack O'Neill is in no mood for delay. He'll go to any lengths to get Daniel back - even if it means ignoring protocol and taking matters into his own hands…

'The Power Behind The Throne' Discussion & Info Post

The enemy within…

When the Tok'ra ask SG-1 to save a tortured creature from the clutches of Apophis, how can they refuse? But the Mujina is no ordinary being - devoid of face or form, it draws its identity from those around it. All things to all people, it is a creature with terrible potential - for both good and evil.

Their pursuit of the Mujina takes the team to a nightmarish world where human wickedness is at its worst - and there, the creature fi nds its home. Captured by the ethnically pure Corvani, Colonel O'Neill's team must confront the planet's insane leader, the Raven King, as well as a more familiar and insidious enemy.

In this gripping adventure, award-winning author Steven Savile takes SG-1 on an unforgettable journey into the heart of darkness…

Official Stargate Magazine #35

In the latest issue...

The Science of Stargate
Stargate Magazine has an all-encompassing theme this issue: the portrayal of science across the three Stargate TV shows. From the actors who've played scientists, on Stargate Universe, Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis, to the way alien technology (and it's implications) have been depicted, we go behind-the-screen to look closely at how the shows fare.

Stargazing: Alaina Huffman
Stargate Universe's First Lieutenant Tamara Johansen is tough, as is actress Alaina Huffman, who talks about her first season on the latest Stargate series.

The Universe Interview: Patrick Gilmore
It seems to have been destiny that brought actor Patrick Gilmore to Stargate Universe. "I was a huge Stargate movie fan," he says. "In fact, I saw it more than once and it was just as exciting each time."

The Universe Interview: Peter Kelamis
Funeral salesman, school principal, bus driver and intergalactic casino thug - just a few of the characters that Australian-born Peter Kelamis has played. Now he's one of the science guys on Stargate Universe.

The Univers Interview: Jennifer Spence
Faced with weird, alien technology aboard an Ancient spaceship, actress Jennifer Spence has endeavored to find a place for her character dr. Lisa Park, the girl in the science gang.

The Atlantis Interview: Ben Cotton
His was a supporting role, but playing a scientist on Stargate Atlantis allowed actor Ben Cotton to create a memorable character.

Beyond The 'Gate: Wormholes!
We all know how the Stargates work on TV, but could we ever travel between two points in space via a wormhole for real?

The Appliance of Science: Stargates Take on Science
From way-out concepts and magical gadgets to a series of flawed human scientists, science and scientific ideas have been central to all three Stargate TV shows.

The Journal: Science Report on the Attero Device
Can Daniel Jackson and Rodney McKay work together to write a report on their discovery and activation of the Attero device, or will their egos get in the way? Well, what do you think?

Stargazing: David Hewlett
Dr. Rodney McKay rapidly became a fan favourite thanks to David Hewlett's interpretation.

Stargate Quiz
Our quizzical focus this issue is on the science of Stargate - so we hope you've been paying close attention at the back!

Memorable Moment: 48 Hours
Rodney McKay, ever the gentleman, spends his inaugural SGC visit making friends and influencing people in his own inimitable style...

Classic Episode: Ascension
When Carter attracts the attention of an Ascended being, it's the start of a beautiful, if slightly nerdy friendship. If hiding an alien in your basement makes you crazy, sign Carter up immediately!

Wit & Wisdom: The Asgard
Our favourite little grey men may be gone, but they're not forgotten. The Asgard were the slightly sarcastic heart of Stargate. It's our pleasure to bring you their finest moments...
